Established in 1965, National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School is known for providing management thought leadership from an Asian perspective, enabling its students and corporate partners to leverage global knowledge and Asian insights. This combination of global expertise and Asian acumen is reflected in all aspects of its research, teaching and industry outreach. As Asia’s Global Business School, NUS Business School is a leading authority on business in Asia.

The school has consistently received top international rankings by independent publications and agencies in recognition of the quality of its program, faculty research and graduates. In its 2011 rankings, the Financial Times ranked the NUS MBA 23rd in the world. In the latest Forbes rankings for two-year MBA programs, NUS Business School was ranked the top school in Singapore and Asia, and fourth among business schools outside the United States, the first time a Singapore business school has made the list. The Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Global 200 Top Business Schools 2010/11 - MBA Employers Choice Survey ranked NUS Business School among the top 3 most preferred schools in the Asia Pacific region to recruit from. In addition, QS ranked NUS Business School first in Asia and 15th in the world for accounting and finance, the two subjects that employers identified they prefer.

The school is accredited by AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System), endorsements signifying that the school has met the highest standards for business education.

The school has more than 130 research faculty, over 2,500 BBA, MBA, Executive MBA, and PhD students; more than 2,000 annual participants in Executive Education programmes; and over 45,000 alumni in diverse organisations and positions of leadership throughout the world.
