Dr. Alejandro Quiroz is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, and one of a very few international surgeons licensed in both the United States and Mexico. He is the Chief Surgeon of CosMed Clinic, an exclusive plastic surgery center that caters to patients from all over the globe.
